Title: HP compaq wifi card (WL110)
Post by: lyrical80 on December 13, 2019, 09:48:12 PM
My  question is about a HP compaq wifi card (WL110) i bought on ebay. sold as amiga wifi card, and came with an amiga install floppy I am still busy installing it (the keyboard problem is the wait up) , but i notice that no lights come up when i switch the amiga on. It fits perfect in the pcmcia slot. Is this a bad sign ? can i check somewhere if my amiga did recognize the card?

If I'm recalling my own PCMCIA WiFi card correctly, the lights do not come on until the TCP/IP stack brings the card online.
