Hello
There is a local PC case modification contest sponsored by Intel.
The winner is a group of enginnering students who designed Mars Rover case using Commel Mini ITX board (single +12V power supply/battery).
The base case have side covers that can be opened/closed using electric motor. The motherboard and small LCD display is mounted on a small robot with wheel. They use wireless keyboard and mouse.
If Eyetech can design micro A1 board with single voltage PSU and LCD Interface, is it possible to create similar computer?
Any idea about other cases?

Hi asian1
they used a 12 volt battery, for pratical pourposes.
A computer, needs at least even dual +/- 5 VDC or 3.3 or even less regulated voltages that they have obtained, from the only available source, the 12vDC battery (it is a mobile gear).
In a normal (not mobile) enviroment, it is better to have a PSU, with all the voltages needed.
For the LCD interface . . .why not
Ciao
