I hate to do this as it just arrived today but I'm selling a brand new in box Checkmate Plus A1500 case for the Amiga 600/1200. It comes with the A500/600/1200 ATX Power adaptor kit which you can see here...

I've attached a couple of pics from me opening it today. The reason I'm selling is I'm getting rid of all of my Amiga stuff. I'm finding I just don't have the time these days to give the Amiga the proper attention it deserves. I've found that when I get the itch to play an Amiga game it's easier to just fire up WinUAE. So I want to sell it to someone here as I've enjoyed reading this forum for many years. I also want to sell it to someone here in the U.S. as well, as Europe has always gotten more Amiga stuff than folks here in the states. I live in the state of Georgia and travel for work quite often so instead of shipping I can also meet the buyer in person if they are close enough by. Not interested in making a profit as I just want someone to enjoy it and not resell, although there's no guarantee of that happening I know.
So I paid about $315 for the case so let me know who's interested. I'll be putting up my other Amiga stuff later, including a 1200 with some upgrades. Thanks again!

What else does the case come with then ? cause the case plus adapter came to about $240

I'd imagine the extra is the shipping? Maybe customs? It did come from the UK.

Correct. Case plus power adapter plus shipping from UK was £251.00, or around $315 at the time I purchased it.
Surprised there hasn't been any interest. Guess I'll post it over on Amibay.

On second thought I think I'll hang on to it. Hopefully one day I'll get my A1200 fixed and mounted in the case.

It's a good job you didn't put it on amibay then as you'd more than likely have sold it by now. ;D
