Cheers gang
I've picked up what seems like a Radioshack branded version of one of the Quickshot Python joysticks.
Real nice condition but I noticed it has a switch underneath.
There are 4 positions, labelled Commodore/Amiga - Amstrad / MSX / Sega.
The joystick has 2 buttons. In Commodore mode, they both act as the primary button and the autofire switch works rather fast.
In Sega mode, the front button works as a secondary button in games like Turrican 2, though oddly the autofire is slower in this mode.
I know there's potential worries about Genesis pads on Amiga hardware. Do you think I would have any issues using this in Sega mode on my Amiga ?

Hi
The Quickshot Python does not support the Atari 7800 or Sega Genesis. For mode selector D it just says Sega and compatibles.

Thanks mate.
Looks like on sega websites, its reported as being marketed in part for the Master System, so I feel pretty safe then.
