Anyone use mediator and ACA1233n ???

I was considering using Mediator with ACA1233n, but I read somewhere they are incompatible (same address for registers, or something like this). Did you manage to run them both? If so - did you have any problems?

I have heard 3dfx cards work with aca 1233n and mediator. I have been trying to get Radeion 9250 256mb to work it keeps freezing or not showing early startup screen. I am now looking for a cheap 3dfx voodoo3 to try
