Title: Quality of this Scart/HDMI converter/Upscaler?

Found this on eBay, from Germany. Anyone tried it on both Amiga and Commodore64?
If so. How are they on Amiga and on C64 quality wise?

I have one for my A1200 and the picture is decent enough. The unfortunate thing about it is the input lag which I'd say (from the general feel) is probably around 200 - 250ms. It can be a bit of a deal breaker for some games.

Thanks.... It might be best suited for a C64 then.
