Title: PP&S DoubleTalk: Looking for the installation/driver disk

I have a Progressive Peripherals DoubleTalk Zorro II card that I'd like to use to connect an old Apple LaserWriter IIntx.
Unfortunately, the DoubleTalk card did not come with the installation/driver disk.  Please contact me if you have it and can make a copy (lha, dms, adf, etc.).
