Title: PP&S Zeus manual / jumper settings? Please?

Hello,

Does anyone have the complete jumper settings for a Progressive Peripherals & Software Zeus 040? Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING on the web I have found is about it's little brother, the 2000/040, or just focused on the jumper bank that controls the memory (Bank B). I need a comprehensive list of all jumper banks (A, B, C, D).  I know it is in the original manual, but there is no archive on the internet that I can find with a copy. Any help from the community would be much appreciated.
 
 Yes, I have looked on BBOAH and AHD; no luck.

BBOAH has a chart of them. Did you check that?

It says it refers to bank B. Does this apply to all banks in the same way?
