Title: Apollo 4040 4060 turbo questions

Hi! I am a amiga noob so please help me... A friend gave me a A4000T. I tried to power it on but was met with a black screen. Opened it up and poked around and saw the turbo card was unpopulated with ram, cpu and jumpers. now im wondering  what cpu model number and ram i should buy, Where to put jumpers and if i need a voltage regulator?
