Title: CF card to A2000/A3000
Post by: toples50 on November 30, 2017, 03:54:21 PM
Can I use my CF 4GB card to my A2000(with GVP hc+8 series ii)or my A3000?
I can use the card easily to the A1200 with IDE to CF adapter.

Sure, with the appropriate adapter. ;)  Since the A3000 and A2000 (with GVP HC+8) only have SCSI interfaces, you'll need something that can convert from the IDE interface used by the CF card.  Good options include Mechware card readers, Buddha IDE controllers, the new IDE4 Zorro2 cards, etc.

^^^Another option, CF to SCSI.  Its dimensions are such, though, that it doesn't fit inside of a 3.5" drive bay.  You'd have to get creative to get it to fit, but, I think it can be done.
