Is there a North American source for Kickstart 3.1 ROMs for Amiga 3000? I'm not against amigakit or vesalia, just that it takes a while for oversee products to reach the U.S. I just managed to fix a battery damaged 3000 and it's got 2.0 ROM and I need to rebuild the OS install.

The -only- dealer in the us is Amiga on the Lake in New York.
User groups are a good source too as users have parts after upgrades. (grin)

Just a quick remark about shipping.
For larger packages with tracking we mostly use FedEx Priority shipping.
This means 1 day shipping to a lot of East coast destinations and 2 day shipping to West coast.
When we were at Amiwest show two weeks ago, some of customers remarked that our Priority shipping rates were actually cheaper than the domestic shipping rates of FedEx from one state to another.

Second that on FedEx int'l Priority from AmigaKit; I am east coast and get stuff in two days for $3.98... Almost Amazon-ish... :)
