Dallas Moore who found the molds and ran the kickstarter (https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1670214687/original-commodore-64c-computer-housing-in-new-coo/description) to make the new cases seems to still have them on ebay. There's a link in the most recent  KS update. (https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1670214687/original-commodore-64c-computer-housing-in-new-coo/posts/1288978)

Wish they came with their Commodore badges or nameplates though.

Doesn't look like it, at least none active on eBay.  The eBay seller ID is "easttexasestate" so it might be worth asking.
