This looks promising! :)
Maybe we'll get to see the presentation from AmiWest.

oooh I've had money burning in my pocket for a long time for a proper update for IBrowse:hammer: the current one works quite fast on my A4000 for downloading stuff from aminet and visiting amiga forums...it would be a dream if IBrowse (in another universe) brought NG miggies a modern up to date browser which would make us forget about Odyssey & Timberwolf...think I had to much vino with dinner eh.:smack::insane:

Finally!
-
I'm putting date in calendar (when known!) for next AmiWest 2018. I did not go to any Amiga meeting YEARS!!! There is so much good stuff lately!
-
I am disappointed for the lack of 3.x support, but I get it. NetSurf works well enough.
-
68k is still supported. This is just the first version that is also OS4 native.

On the post at the top it says:
"In addition to the OS3 68k version of IBrowse, an OS4 PPC native version will also be available. " ?

So glad I am going to Amiwest tomorrow!!! I will be sure to keep you all posted on things.

I can't wait for info about A1222. I really hope we will get some REAL news. I just got new case for it :).
BTW. Last time (when Sam was "going to be out") I also got the case... and I missed it completely. NOT THIS TIME! :) (as long as it cost less then $500)

Going blind... thanks for pointing out the glaringly obvious.

@thread
looks like the ibrowse 2.5 (https://www.ibrowse-dev.net/ib25-news.php) release is getting closer! from the official ibrowse twitter feed (https://twitter.com/IBrowseAmiga):
Our ordering system for IBrowse 2.5 is coming along nicely, but since we do not have access to the information that HiSoft and IOSPIRIT used when supplying IBrowse2Key files, it would be useful if IBrowse users could submit their existing key(s) at https://www.ibrowse-dev.net/keytest.php

Awesome news! But I don't have an existing legit key. :(
I only have Jess Tikkulator's key.

You and a thousand other people.
You'd think high up on their priority list would be getting this resolved? Or at least a PayPal "donate" button to help keep this project rolling.
