Title: A4000d case screws
Post by: kirk_m on October 06, 2017, 12:44:57 PM
What size screws are used to close up the a4000D’s outer shell?  My case is missing these so I don’t  have any to bring to the local hardware store to compare them to.

The two at the back that attach the top cover to the chassis are M3x6 pan head machine screws.

The A4000 Service Addendum has a bill of materials that details each screw in the system:

(Fun aside, while searching for the service manual link, I found this one.  Commodore's cost for the screw was 0.09 cents: http://www.kaiiv.de/servicemanuals/A4000_Costed_BOM.pdf)
