Title: AudioMaster - Rock Me Amadeus
Post by: DrkStarr on June 27, 2017, 11:50:52 PM
Back in 1990, the computer shop I bought my first Amiga from had an Amiga 2000 running AudioMaster III or IV.  It was playing a cut up version of Rock Me Amadeus by Falco.  I was really impressed with the demo.

Does anybody remember this?  Is it a part of the AudioMaster Demos?  Or was it possibly created by that computer shop in California.

I've been looking for it, on and off, for a few years.

Thanks for the help - D

Back in the days Audiomaster IV the program of choice (at least by me) sampling and editing those samples. Creating loops. Still miss audiomaster.

A few days ago two friends came for a visit with their Amigas.
One brought my sampler from home.
I did a small demonstration with audiomaster.

I remember why I still use audition (cooledit), the early versions look like a lot with audiomaster.

I still have and use Cooledit 2k (registered) here too! Is the upgrade to Audition worth while? I have Audiomaster on my A3000T. I'll reply if I run across that demo.

Audition has more extras but it is the same recipe.
Also TechnoSound Turbo II, A.M.A.S and MegaloSound were great and had things that that were missing from each other.

The funny thing is that I did some real time fx via a mic and they realized that I had no input delay on my miggy

They bought amigas a few years ago :-D
