Title: xpkmaster.library 4 ... where?

I just installed the latest WHDLoad on my OS 3.9 (BB1) A1200 '060.  It wants xpkmaster.library 4.  Where can I find this?

have a look on aminet (version5.2a): http://www.aminet.net/aminet/util/pack/xpk_User.lha
