If the Pocket PC supports SDL then you could compile the Unix UAE to run on PocketPC.
As for Winuae you need DirectX and Win32 stuff to run on PocketPC (which I don`t think exists...)

The only development system I know of is Visual Studio 2003 .NET for PocketPC.

UAE for PocketPC does not exist at the moment - I have been looking for one for years...the closest you can get to amiga games on your PocketPC is the excellent AtariST (boo!) emulator CastCE
Atari St Emulator (http://www.pocketinfinity.com/)

The author of CastCE is rumoured to be working on an amiga emulator for PocketPC, but I haven't heard nothing new in over a year now...

If anyone CAN compile it for use on PocketPC please make us all a favour!!!
