Title: Indivision MK2CR Issue
Post by: pan1k on November 20, 2016, 09:06:35 PM
I'm having a hard time with my Indivision. I wanted to try the Indivision tool to try to fix the output from the Indivision. The screen mode looked correct on the screen, so I went ahead and clicked apply and it flashed the firmware. My monitor just flashes now when I boot WB normaly. I deleted my screenmode.prefs file but still I can't get into Workbench normally. Any ideas? I can boot with no startup sequence just fine..

Yep just plug it in with your composite connector to a TV and then you can re-run the Indivision Config tool (deleting your screenmode.prefs isn't recommended).

BTW, you can load up other people's config files in the config tool, that's the easiest thing to do, there are even some config's that support smooth scrolling 50Hz

Got it working. Assigned the ENV: and did loadwb and was able to write out a new screenmode.prefs file and rebooted into NTSC. From there I was able to reflash the Indivision board and it's PERFECT now. Before the image was to the right just a little bit.
