Title: A500 Keyboard Problem
Post by: spaceman88 on October 30, 2016, 10:00:25 PM
I bought an A500 and A590 cheap ($50) because they didn't work. I replaced the HD in the A590 and the power supply for the A500 and they fired up. Unfortunately after installing 3.1 on the HD I noticed the keyboard has a problem, the #1, Q,A and the bottom row of letters do not work. Before I take this apart, does it sound like a broken trace on the membrane or is there some other common cause for rows of keys to go out? Thanks.
