Can you tell us more about the books in the first picture? Is somebody going to sell printed copies of updated RKRMs or is this just a private hack job?

it's "just a private hack job," namely, mine. i really wanted to put together new RKRMs based on the new documentation on the AOS wiki, so i did. people seem pleased with the result. anyone can do what i did; they just have to put it together themselves.
