For sale this new naked 68060 revision 6 with Mmu & Fpu
There is no printed reference on the CPU, so I checked by myself on my 1200 + Blizzard 1260 and it's a true rev6 as you can see on picture
Two only in stock, ready to ship today !
I ask 90 euro + 6 euro shipping WW registred/tracking in gift/friend mode on my Paypal
:)

How can be that it's totally empty?, it's some kind of preproduction item?
Seems that Piru's tool identifies the exact 060 rev., how is this done?, does the CPU has an internal signature?
It's really tempting; but my A3000 has no way to be pushed past 50Mhz, at least without changing ZIP rams and my A1200/Blizzard 1260 has no socket :(

There is an internal register called PCR : the revision is engraved, impossible to fake even chinese cannot...
And yes, WhichAmiga read this register, and Scout too !
I guess chinese starting removing the original label "68060RC50" for later printing "68060RC75" to sell CPU easily...
I garantee it's a rev6, a true one for sure, I checked by myself on my Amiga hardware here !
I remove old 060 and solder new 060 for 25 euro + shipping back to you
:)

Really tempting!
But...this damned Blizzard has also a SIMM socket absolutely flat and the SIMM itself lays over the CPU. Install a socket and you'll not be able to insert the SIMM; so, a SIMM socket replacement is also a must. If you can also perform this mod I'll check if there's enough space in the trapdoor slot to fit both socket+CPU and angled SIMM.

You can change the socket but the door won't close like with the 040 version. Why not solder directly on? I upgrade 040 versions and put a lay down socket in them all the time. No cpu socket required.

I'm afraid so, IIRC the 060 has a tight fight, raise it 3-4mm and the trapdoor never close again :(
It's a bit scaring to solder the CPU; but it's up to Cosmos and their skills :)
