Title: SnoopDos on Amiga Startup?

Hi All, is it possible to run SnoopDos on you Amiga Startup-sequence?
Would like to do this, at least get a log file...

Yes, it is possible. There is a guide coming with SnoopDOS, I am sure it describes how to run it from the shell. And you can probably get a list of options by entering Snoopdos ? in a shell.

Have you tried dragging it into WBStartup?  Maybe with the DONOTWAIT tooltype?  Alternatively, how 'bout a Run >NIL: C:SnoopDOS in your Startup-Sequence?  I haven't tried and haven't read the guide, but would be willing to bet something like that would work.  :lol:

Edit: sorry, I misread that as "in" rather than "on". Yes, use the echo command listed below. ;)

Are you sure you want to get that extensive log, or would "set echo on" be enough to see where something goes wrong in your case?

Echo is the way to go but snoopdos will give more info, i am sure you can redirect the output to a file....
