Selling my Amiga 4000T. Very clean system, nearly immaculate condition.
Located in Massachusetts, USA.
I've owned it for a few years but other than performing some upgrades and general cleanup it has not been used much at all.
System has an internal SCSI memory card reader and is currently configured to boot from a Compact Flash card.
System previously had a CyberVision 64/3D board, BigRAM+ and MiniThylacine board in it so some of the pictures show that hardware installed. I have decided to part those items out, however, so this sale is for:
- Amiga 4000T w/25 MHz 68040
- 2MB Chip RAM, 16MB Fast RAM
- SCSI Memory Card Reader
- Keyboard
- Mouse
- 23-pin RGB to 15-pin VGA Adapter
Only problem with the system that I'm aware of is that the volume out of the RCA jacks is very low. Audio out of the headphone jack sounds fantastic (see my video). I assume this is not normal but don't know for certain.
Also, the Compact Flash card slot on the memory card reader does not eject the card like it should. You have to use your fingers or a small screwdriver to slide the card out. Otherwise the system works great!
At this point in time I'm looking to sell the system to someone local to me. I'd rather not ship the system - so local buyers only please for now.
Price is $1900, cash only, local pickup or meet (Massachusetts, USA).

1900$? Good luck. That's nearly what they cost, brand new.

Hard to find comparative sales since they don't come up very often. Last one I saw on Amibay was EUR 2500 with a CyberVision 64.
I can always drop the price if it does not sell, or decide to ship. Just trying to avoid shipping it if possible.

Nice looking Amiga! Is your Amiga re-capped or not? Do you have original "feet"? I am not interested (as I already have one), but I think this is important info the buyer/collector should know. Because recapping would another investment what new buyer should do and original "feet" are sometimes very important for collectors to feel their Amiga is 100% complete.
But still your Amiga is in nice shape and shiny like new. Good luck with sale and I wish her good new home.

There are black rubber feet on the bottom. Not sure what is the original.
It was not recapped while in my hands.
Thanks!

No longer for sale.
Good :)
Being in Massachusetts I would have a hard time resisting...even though I already have a 4000T. No need to worry about that now! Congrats on the sale.
