Hi All, I am having a problem with trying to edit my IBrowse settings. Every time now when I try to make a change after clicking 'OK' IBrowse crashes my Amiga. Is there some change I could make to keep this from happening?
When I first installed it I could make changes, but not after that. Appreciate the help.

Just to be clear here - are we talking IBrowse settings or MUI? If you don't make a change and simply press 'ok', does it crash then? If not, is it something in particular in the settings that causes the crash?
Are you using the correct version for your CPU? Do you have plenty of RAM free?

Sounds like a MUI problem. Make sure you use MUI 3.8 or 4.0-2016R1.

I can confirm his problem. I have the exact same problem with Ibrowse on my 3.9 system using MUI 3.8 as well. I've never found a solution to it and have given up long ago.

Probably some dodgy MUI file, I agree... Plus, these files/libs/gadgets/classes etc come in different CPU flavours.

Hi All, Just an update, I went on Aminet and downloaded and re-installed MUI 3.8 and then
went and updated my settings in Browse with NO issues.
Thanks for the advise.

What process did you follow to reinstall MUI? Last time I tied it I got an error telling me it was installed and couldn't continue. I still have the settings issue and would like to fix it myself.
