Title: Is this leaked caps on A500?

How can I clean this? Already tried alcohol. Don't want to damage anything.
It's very hard.

Bothe the spots on left (C402) and the right side are yes. Clean it off using some vinegar on a swab to stop it from getting worse and then use a high percentage isopropanol to clean it. Use a clean tissue paper wipe and apply the alcohol using an acid brush on top of it. It will soak out the junk.
