Title: A500+ with iinternal gotek and floppy drive
Post by: arananet on April 02, 2016, 07:58:07 PM
Hi all,

I put on a a500+ a gotek with the current floppy drive internally. Also put the displays and leds on the top of the keyboard. Using a small switch i can choose and boot from the gotek or the floppy drive

This is the demo video:

And the step by step article:

Very clean job. I like it. I took mine out after a week. Its much easier to just use WHDLoad on bix box Amiga systems. I can see this being a perfect solution for an A500 though!

A very neat job you've done there. Reminds me I still have my A500 to sort out. I haven't really got room for it...they're huge aren't they!
