What are you trying to do, build a complete set with of the system with the original box and manuals that it came with?
I think you've got a lot of variables involved, for example C= sold many different packages of A500's, all of which I would assume came with different manuals based on the included software, what ROM version it has, etc. At best all anybody would be able to give you is an educated guess, but assuming your system has one 1.3 ROM's that photo you posted looks good to me! ;)

Anyone notice anything strange about that box in the photo?

It's not yellowed ;)
I know of only two versions of the box. I've seen the one that was sold in Canada and it has a rainbow type graphic across the box. The other is what is seen here.

i'm trying to build complete set but only with manuals no floppy, so on sticker says made in germany is it mean that computers have german manuals back then or that made in germany means nothing so it is possible that unit have english manuals, i think computer have german manuals but im not sure, and if it is german is this set i sent up OK for my computer

UK is 220V-240V. 230V is the norm here these days (used to be 240V).
When we get electric shocks here they definitely have a bite and they've killed many people (especially musicians playing venues with dodgy electrics).

From your first pic that looks like a very old system. If you really want to find a set of "matching" books for it, you probably want to open it up and confirm if it's got 1.3. Might be 1.2...

Hi!
I had many Amiga 500s over these years and many were with Made in W.Germany sticker underneath but are originally equipped with swedish/finnish keyboards for our market segment, but yours truly is german targetted unit so if I was you I would collect german manuals. Otherwise I don't know if these were all equipped with localized stuff... Good luck with your find.
I personally prefer even older early 500s with embossed C= logo and rev3 mobo for real collector value.
