Just visited your site and noticed the problem you have encountered, which reminds me my effort to backup my disk collection (http://www.amiga.org/forums/showpost.php?p=323732&postcount=1), years ago.

You may consider using MFMWarp (http://www.whdload.de/imaging.html), or its newer implementation (http://eab.abime.net/showpost.php?p=963090&postcount=1).
