does all A520 are the same i mean does it matter if use it for ntsc or pal?

Personally I would use the composite as opposed to the RF for testing.  Yes, PAL and NTSC versions are different (50Hz vs 60Hz output).  There's some good hacks out there too where people have converted them over to an S-Video output, etc.  :)
