Title: Harassment from women in the workplace
Post by: iamaboringperson on February 26, 2004, 04:26:40 AM

Just an article that I found quite fascinating.

It's about a form of bullying from women in the workplace.

I must say that what I read here is similar to what I've personally found.

Interesting.

oh, yeah! anyone who thinks women are "nicer" than guys is living in a dream-world!!!

but, being female with a career is a catch-22.
when you act nice, invariably you get used and screwed. so you are FORCED to act tough. and while I personally try not to be horrible (i really try NOT to bully), you are still forced to be unpleasant just out of self-defense.

the best and possibly only thing one can do is be VERY picky about who and where one works for. and i try hard to be very discriminating. which is one of the reasons I don't work as often as I really need to.
