Hi Everyone,
I just listed my PCB CAD software equipped Amiga 4000, with over 40 additional apps installed, on Ebay. The clock battery was removed over 8 years ago, I just installed a new one.
Here's the link:

100% tested...

Bit harsh guys, ok normal A4Kd's in the UK are selling for about £500 at the moment (although I saw an A4K keyboard go for £155 on its own last week).
As an electronics engineer myself the interesting bit has to be the PCB software. Worth the extra £500? hmm dunno.
The software is interesting though. (specially the plotting software, would be cool to try that with my Bungard CCD)
Anyway how much its worth is anyones guess. He can always reduce it next time round. Just hope whoever gets it doesnt format that harddrive. ;)

I just bought an a4000 here in Canada (where the OP is selling from) With a revision D motherboard 040 in great cosmetic condition on ebay for $600 so ya I would say his asking price is more than twice as much as it should be. He is obviously just looking at the other crazy priced listings and going by that. None of those a4000s are selling either they just keep getting relisted. I wouldn't even pay that much for an A4000T

Wasn't his auction on the crazy eBay auctions thread?
-
Common price I've been seeing in Canada for an A4000 is around the $500 mark, and they aren't particularly hard to come by.
But best of luck on the auction - the machine looks clean, and it might be worth what you are asking to someone that's been after something CAD oriented that doesn't want to do it themselves.

To all you nee sawyers, it sold at full price...

Turns out your wish of good luck payed off. ;)

I'm in Canada as well. Where in Canada do A4000s sell for $500?!?

Alberta.
Keep an eye on the newspapers or Kijiji, not too hard to come by them.
