your first link lists functions like:

 CompareLock()
 Puts()
 Assign()
 FindCLI()
...

I would like to know their offsets, arguments, etc.

Excuse the necro-post.
I am also looking for this, but the attachments above seem to have gone stale...
I'm doing some hobby software development on workbench 1.3 so I suspect being able to use arp.library will come in handy.

there is also a book '1993-thomson-randy-rhett-anderson-mapping-amiga-2nd-edition' but its too big.

He “rage-exited” because I wasn’t banned for pointing out bugs, flaws and mistakes in OS 3.1.4 and some related software that’s been “his”, and for his stance on Hyperion as rightful “owners” or “exclusive” developers of AmigaOS for classic 68k. He has since fixed bugs, admitted flaws and is no longer associated with Hyperion or OS3.2 development, so there’s that…
