Title: Amiga commercial i stumbled on
Post by: mechy on October 09, 2015, 05:54:09 AM
I stumbled on this earlier while chasing c64 stuff down and hadn't seen this commercial before, i guess it was one of the few schools to get Amiga's way back when:

A good find! Why wasn't this rolled out to more schools? Acorn and RM seemed to have education all sewn up in the UK :-(

I cannot help but to wonder where the students in this video are today.

Those are sliding potmeters, probably volume control. I have worked in education with student labs, it was not uncommon back in those days to modify computers to have headphone output in front, sometimes even with a little amp inside.
