Title: IR Chat Software
Post by: punkyclown on September 18, 2015, 09:20:49 PM
Can someone please tell me what the best-easiest IR Chat program to use is?
What I 've seen so far looks pretty daunting.  Thanks
Brad

You cannot go wrong with either WookieChat or AmIRC. I use them both under AmigaOS 4.1 and 3.9, although I tend to reach for the Wookie most often.

latest amirc here: http://www.amirc.org/
you need to install the amirc3.5 from aminet then just unarc 3.6.1 to the directory you installed 3.5 in.

Why is that? Isn't the 3.6.1 package a stand alone version?

AMIrc was always my favorite IRC client on any platform, always worked a treat for me.
