Don't know who this is, but they have some very interesting items.  Prices are a bit whacked on some, but still interesting.

Well, well, well! I don't think one of these has been photographed in the wild before. I wonder if it really is a Zorro II-only system - they put a Super Buster on it, which seems like it would have been quite wasteful and expensive if Zorro III didn't work, as Dave Haynie said it wouldn't.

So let's see: this would have been slower than an A3000, with no Zorro III and no flicker fixer, and IDE instead of SCSI. I'm trying to think if there was any price point in the product line where it could have been successful. The only advantage over the A2000 would have been 2MB Agnus onboard, smaller footprint (at the expense of a slot), and a "built-in" accelerator with RAM expansion and hard drive controller. How much did A2000s cost in 1991? Maybe if it could have retailed at just $100-200 more than that. Ultimately, though, I think the sales divisions were right not to order any. By the time it could have been available it was obsolete.

Also, they'd better get that battery off it ASAP...

Somebody has got a bid on it.  For this rarity I suppose that price isn't too bad.

The bidder has to be somebody from around here!  Speak up if it is you.. let us know what you plan for the rare item!
