Hi All,
Sometime ago I acquired two full height 5.25" SCSI drives made by Seagate. They are supposed to be 9.1 GB drives. I have a SCSI drive tower I am using on my A-2000 and there is still space in there for more drives so I decided I would like to try one of these drives in it. I am having trouble identifying which jumper pins should be used to se the SCSI device number for the drives. Both these drives have the same Model Number which is ST4108000WD and are pretty much identical but they have a slightly different layout for the jumper pins and they are not clearly identified as to their purpose. If anyone can help me with this I wouls really appreciate it. Thanks...
Dave

Seagate has a great support section on there site. It may help to look there?

Yeah, Seagate's anonymous FTP server is great for hard drive documentation.
ftp.seagate.com
Pretty simple to navigate. Just go to /techsuppt/SCSI and look for what you need.
