Neither. They're machines, they don't have a gender :D
-
@Thoram
And if you're not happy, you can always fit a gender changer. :-D

SRS (Sexual Reassignment Surgery) is more permanent...

Female, and I base this on Eric W. Schwartz' famous (infamous?) and fantastic Amiga animations. Also, his characters use Amigas, and they're female, so its ingrained in my brain now.

Also, "Amiga" ends in an 'a'

Le femme Amiga

The only computer with a soul.
And yes, female :-D

Neither... It's a lump of plastic and metal...

So you're saying a Woman isn't a female object?

Objectifying women, are we? A woman is a female human being, not an object. :P

Well results are in. Most people think of the Amiga as female. Less than 10% think of her as male. To those guys I suggest you have a good hard look at yourselves. Potentially needing to question your own masculinity and possibly your sexuality. Not that there's anything wrong with that.
Now if I can just get this bra to fit over my 2000's case......

in Mexico Amiga means girlfriend so it be a female if it male it be call amigo mean friend in Mexico
-
@mcbone is correct. I think "she" by all means.
-
In Mexico? excuse the Amiga word is a castilian word-spanish word, and the word is not a girlfriend because in castilian we have another word more correct for this Novia, Amiga is more friend but the female word of Amigo.
-
As noted in the re-counted histories of the Amiga, it was Portuguese a female friend.
-
It can't be female!
It does everything I tell it to do, and never complains about me playing games all day :-)
-
Erm.. WTF is this now :) Hasn't everyone always known since the beginning that Amiga means female friend, and it's even been written all over the Amiga magazines, articles, comics, animations, net forums, bbs'es, demos and everywhere during all the years to remind and build the image of Amiga computers being "girl friends"... how could we think it as a male now after the eternal brainwashing? It damn isn't Amigo at least. Or is this about some modern gender-neutral bla bla now? :P

Don't you remember the Johnny Cash song, "A Boy Named Sue?"
-
Is 'Other' where your Amiga 600 or 1200 has those nipples on its chest, formed from being screwed too hard?
