Or is it still a Pegasos??
I am just wondering what implications the outcome of the Genesi vs. Amiga lawsuit will have.
It would be nice if someone close to any of the camps would care to elaborate on the subject.

I think any AmigaDE shipped device is an Amiga... I wonder if Pegs will be shipped with AmigaDE soon?

Ah.....but the main question is...who really cares about AmigaDE anymore. Seems to me it failed ages ago.

I never saw anything in DE and I still don't. Maybe Genesi can do something with it Amiga Inc were either unwilling or incapable of doing.

DE seemed like a good idea when it was first announced.
But the £100 price for the SDK, plus the fact that at the time there was nothing it could run on(excluding the Linux dev box) put me off.
Now several years later, not a lot has changed.
Amiga Inc missed the boat, but still keep banging on about it, merging it into OS4.2 or whatever.
Why bother, they should cut their losses and forget DE.

Do I own an Amiga now?!
You own the exact same piece of hardware you did before...

You can call your hardware whatever you like. If you want to call it an Amiga, do so. Many UAE or Amithlon people do.
The only real question is: will it run OS4? The answer is: probably not.
