Wonderful! Hopefully they'll soon tweak the installer so that it "just works" on MorphOS without the need of any fancy foot work.
-
ImageFX and Aladdin4D in one place, there onto a plan!
-
Excellent! Thank you once again for this.
-
Now there is something USEFUL. Unlike Ppaint. Good job. BTW the "Powerstation" PPC plugins have been working with Morphos since 1.4 and they are crazy fast!
-
Smart move!
-
Ibrowse next? :hammer:

For God's sake, Please pick up a browser and bring it into the 21st century!
I was a little worried about one company picking up all these titles, but if they are doing a good job of it, go for it.

Awesome, it is great that A-Eon also invests in software.
-
Awesome if an or a team of experienced Amiga developers update them to todays standard.

Wishlist:
1, port your stuff to MorphOS and AROS. It should be fairly simple with 68k code.
2, buy Ibrowse and develop it
3, buy some classic games like Cannon Fodder and port it to NG
You can do it! :)
-
we have a modern browser for NG Amigas, Classic hardware just not powerful enough to run a modern browser

Yes, I naturally meant that for the classic users.
-
This is great news, I always liked ImageFX.

Both of those are exactly what I wanted to say.
It is a little worrying, but they seem to be taking care of what they buy and it's better than the products just disappearing as they might otherwise.
Now, work on that 68k browser issue... IMHO, that's the biggest gap in functionality that we have.

I couldn't agree more, I would love to see a modern browser for the classic amiga :)

OH MY GOSH! YEAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!
ImageFX is my GO-TO image manipulation program!
Sorry for the caps, but this news really deserves it.
-
I still use ImageFX 4.5 on a regular basis. Never regret buying it!

Not sure what you mean by that man the last 68k versiion i know of installed OOTB on MOrphos 1.4. Kermit worked for Genesi for a while and part of this was getting IFX installable.

I and others have had issues which there are plenty of posts about on MorphOS Zone.
I've had help from insiders and all, still no go for me, and again others. System lock every time.

Is this with Image FX 4.5 studio? search for Cecilia's post on this. She worked shortly for Genesi as well and she wanted to be surer ifx worked and installed o k as well. I have it working nicely on my setup
-
maybe A-Eon should try to get a decent web browser to Amiga OS (Classics also).
A web browser like Mozilla seamonkey is what amiga needs the most.

Cecilia and I have had LONG discussions on this very subject. And yes, FX 4.5.
