Is it possible to attach a pdf file to amiga.org messages?

You would have to host it on an external site and provide a link here.  See attached picture for a list of valid file extensions on amiga.org.

Edit: well, I suppose if you can zip it to below 100KB...

Get a free Dropbox account and host it there and provide the link. That's how my game gets distributed.
