Title: OS3.1 or 3.9 for classic games and WH load?

So now that I have my A4000 running again, is OS3.1 better for running classic games with WH load or is 3.9?

If all you're doing is playing games, 3.1 is less resource intensive.

Ok, just thinking of keeping 3.1 for the video toaster flyer software and was hoping games could run on 3.9 but if 3.1 is better than so be it. :)

IMHO 3.9 is better. But it uses more memory, thus leaving less available for your games.  And if all you want to do is play games, not take advantage of any of the other features 3.9 offers, there's really little point.

it also depends on the hardware you have : AOS3.9 is for accelerated Amigas with plenty of FastRAM and graphic card.
of course it works on stock A1200/A4000 but performance will be poor.
