Games generally dont, utilities often do. The best indicator is if you can see software using standard system windows. Then there is good chance it is RTG compatible but it is never guaranteed.
So you just have to try it out.

I see your signature lists both a Radeon 9250 and a Voodoo 3. How are you not using some sort of RTG system already? ;)

I am using an RTG system, I am using the Voodoo 3 3000 as my RTG and I am wanting to try out software that uses it. Does Aladdin4d work with RTG? or is there an equivalent? I currently have WordsWorth 4SE installed and it works great just wanting to know what other software is out there that uses RTG?

About everything that uses a screenmode requester - and some that don't can be forced to RTG with ModePro or like.

Aladdin4d 5.1 is RTG compatible.
I've gotten Lightwave5 to run under RTG - but that required a lot of jumping through hoops. I'd recommend Aladdin4d for a seamless RTG experience.
I believe it might be the ONLY Amiga rendering software that works with RTG modes in a standard way.

Where can I get Aladdin4d from?

I've never heard of ModePro what exactly does it do?

From 3D rendering software on RTG I've used for example Real3D (latest one is free nowadays, was it on amikit's page? I've always loved this most.), Cinema4D (was on some coverdisk at least), Tornado3D (even supports Warp3D for previews), Imagine (maybe needed some promotion), Lightwave (needed some promotion).
From office programs, at least FinalWriter, AmigaWriter, Wordworth, Pagestream and TurboCalc do work fine.
And most 2D gfx progams do work fine too... like ArtEffect, PPaint, ImageFX, Photogenics, TVPaint (free nowadays), fxPaint, Elastic/Fantastic Dreams, ArtExpression (IIRC), DrawStudio, CandyFactoryPro, etc.. can't remember all :)
And of course all programs working on windows over Workbench do work etc.
Some programs can be get to work with mode promotion programs like ModePro, they force PAL/NTSC modes to RTG modes if program doesn't offer its own screenmode requester.

ModePro vs. NewMode - I never tried NewMode; does it have force planar option? ModePro does and it is essential on some stubborn programs, for instance at least the old Sysinfo needed it to work without corrupted gfx.

I don't remember, haven't used it since 2003.
Although since it's older than ModePro, it probably has fewer features. Probably. ;)

It appears to be an exciting time.
