Title: Auction Bodega Bay
Post by: curtis on December 09, 2014, 12:08:05 AM
Well, it's listed and waiting.

I have put a reserve of $350 to cover my investment in time and money.

Yeah, I know it's not the original $750 I started at, or even the $500 I bumped down to, but we'll see what happens.

I remember looking at those brand new in the magazine adds and wanting one really bad. I still think it's just that cool! Thanks for the look back in time and good luck with the sale. I'm sure you will get reserve at least. Happy Holidays

Honestly, the reserve is pretty much my break-even point given the time I had to put into this unit to make it usable.

Reading my description, you'll understand it was a bit of a mess when I bought it.  To say the seller over-rated its condition would be a gross understatement.

Still hoping for the $500-750, but I won't be too disappointed at anything over the reserve.

If you can pull that much for yours I might consider selling mine. :)

Curtis,

Will you ship to Canada, Your Auction says "No International Buyers".

If you're from a.org, yes I will ship international.

I've had so many whiners complaining about cost and shipping time I had decided to stop doing international.  But, in your case, sure.
