How about making the bootrom screen laced and use more detailed graphics and animation? I prefer the purple backdrop and original rainbow checkmark though :)

Can't say I'm a huge fan of the green background, but I'm digging the tune you have playing in the background of this video, and also the next one that came up, with the Protein board.  Are these Amiga .mods?

I used free YouTube-tunes for romboot & protein.

Nearly all my other movies are with amiga.mods .

If you dont like the colors ... post your prefered colormap!!!
There are some days left for modifications.
(ONLY THE COLORMAP, DONT PAINT AROUND!)

Attached you will find a 16color iff dump 640x200 Hires-NonLace.
Important ... use the OCS/ECS colormodel (16 out of 4096).

What if you build several other variants:

-background absolute black (0,0,0)
-background dark blue (34,34,102)
-black font copyright message (0,0,0) and white background (255,255,255)
-black font copyright message (0,0,0) and light grey background (221,221,221)
-font copyright message golden (153,153,0)

Note: BTW, I am using your exact same palette in this propositions :)
