Interesting. I have the exact same item, unopened, unused etc.
However, I'm pretty certain there never was a "seal" on this item. I suspect the tape you can see in the picture has perhaps been added by somebody.
I'll try to check my item at the weekend, as I don't have it to hand where I am.

No, just make it easier to send back when it broke almost immediately!
The Competition Pro pads were the ones to get, they are great and should have been the official controllers.

No, or someone would have bought it.
Maybe one day someone will be desperate enough that they must have it and they have the money sitting there and they hope that one day they will find someone who will agree that it's worth that amount.
