I see a MorphOS news article on top here, so uhm, what?
-
There's 5 news articles currently on the main page. One MorphOS, two AROS, one for Commodore Free and the last one is dual MorphOS/OS4.
Why the complaint about censorship? Seems OK here...?
*puzzled*
-
You should complain if your news article was not getting posted. I don't agree with some of the insults that were made.
Linux/AROS on x86 news isn't as popular here and doesn't usually last long. Amithlon would be an exception.
-
5 news items, not one of them is only about amiga os4.
So what is up with your post?
-
@kolla, spirantho
I'm not really going to enter this discussion, I just wanted to ask the rethorical question - you see some news posts that are there, but do you see the posts that *aren't* there? ;)
Some things definitely changed with the site take-over, and the reasons aren't very difficult to figure out.
Ah well...
:)

The OP (nor anyone else) never mentioned OS4 or any other OS, so what's up with *your* post?

Nope. Definitely not getting involved in this discussion... :roflmao:

I really only have one question. How come Amiga sites don't have the moderator guidelines public? They are available in other communities.

A.Org does. It's down the bottom of every page; "About & Policies". "Posting Guidelines" is one of the topics: http://www.amiga.org/index.php?pageid=posting_guidelines
I've seen this before. And it always ends up bad.

No A.org gives the users what the rules are. Not the guidelines for Moderators.

@thread
after consulting with kjmann i've gone ahead and restored all but the offending post and moved the thread to the feedback forum, where topics like these are supposed to be. :)
