Title: Need Entry codes for TMNT game

Hi, I have the two disk game Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (L830021) but I don't have the entry codes to play it.  Does someone have these or know where I can get them.

Would this be the old side scrolling version, or the clone of the arcade Double Dragon esque brawler?

Don't know that, says it's from Ultra games, 1989

Okay got the manual found where is says how to find the code.  But it doesn't seem to be the codes for this game, nothing happens when I enter them.
