Title: Help! Pyramid Amiga Scanner Interface

Can anyone help by:
1) Identifying what this Pyramid Amiga Scanner Interface does?
2) Where to obtain s/w driver(s)
3) What the polarity & amperage of the power cord is?

I couldn't find it on BBOH or Amiga Resource.  Maybe I just searched incorrectly?

I do have the software and hardware somewhere but its not accessible at the moment as my Amiga's are in storage & not up and running :(
