Title: DKB MultiStart II
Post by: DGB on December 26, 2002, 01:11:26 AM
Hi All,
I seeem to be having a memory problem...  not my Amiga, Me.   I bought some older 2000 stuff from a friend who has since died.  In this stuff was something called a DKB MultiStart gizmo.  It's a small ckt. board with three sockets and two large chips on it that looks as though it plugs into a chip socket the same size as the ones on it.  I seem to remember something that let you switch between two different kickstarts.  Maybe I'm thinking of something else.  There is also a clip lead on it that probably clips on a leg of another chip.  I can't find any papers on this so I have no what it is.  Anybody out there got any ideas?

Sounds a lot like a ROM switcher.

Take a look on http://www.amiga-hardware.com and you'll find out a lot
more about it.
