An interesting idea is developing in this facebook group (https://www.facebook.com/groups/amigaday/). The day is Jay Miner's (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jay_Miner) birthday. I think it's a great idea. The excellent Indie Retro News already caught it up (http://www.indieretronews.com/2014/05/international-amiga-day-31052014.html) and hopefully it will spread soon.

Well gee, that's cute!  I actually just turned my A2000 on, it'd been a few weeks, so busy with work.  Also listed some spare parts that I'd been sitting on on ebay.  I'm too OCD, one can never accuse me of hoarding!  ;)
